Alex is Managing Director of John Lamb Hill Oldridge, responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and driving sustainable long-term growth.
Having joined the firm in 2003, she has worked across all areas of the business, developing a broad understanding of both client needs and the firm’s evolution. Since becoming Managing Director in 2018, Alex has strengthened governance, culture and the firm’s advisory proposition, ensuring the business continues to evolve in line with changing client expectations.
Under her leadership, the firm has grown significantly, with the team increasing by over 100%. She has prioritised succession planning and the development of future leaders, embedding a collaborative and forward-looking culture.
Her leadership has been widely recognised, including Ultra High Net Worth Private Client Services of the Year at the Magic Circle Awards and the Female Leadership (Boutique) award at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards.
