Dan leads the servicing team, overseeing the ongoing servicing of the firm’s portfolio and ensuring continuity, accuracy and a consistently high standard of client care.
His team manages annual policy reviews, premium renewals, policy surrenders and death claims, while maintaining accurate trust records, a vital function underpinning long-term client outcomes.
With over 40 years’ experience in financial services and a director of the firm since 2005, Dan is widely recognised for his technical expertise in legacy and complex life assurance structures and plays an important mentoring role across the business.
