Jonathan oversees the underwriting journey from initial onboarding through to final insurer terms, ensuring a well-governed and efficient process aligned with a high-quality client experience.
He provides oversight on complex cases and contributes to strengthening technical capability across the business.
Jonathan joined the firm in 2018 and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning. He graduated from the University of Leeds, where he captained the Rugby League team and led Great Britain’s Student Rugby League team internationally.
