Lynn McGrane
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Lynn is responsible for all aspects of client service and business support throughout the insurance application process. She manages all client data, such as sensitive medical information, and ensures all appropriate processes and controls are in place. She also manages our finance and HR functions and is highly skilled in delivering process improvement programmes and developing teams to consistently achieve high service levels.
Lynn has 30 years of experience in financial services, much of which was gained in management positions with large insurance companies, and more recently in the financial advice sector.
